With the Gas Assistance service, we will deal with breakdowns related to your gas installation, boiler or heater and heating, including the radiators, within 24 hours. In addition, in the event of any breakdown, you will enjoy a discount of up to 3 hours labour, €50 in materials and no visit charge.
Any residential customer with a 3.1 or 3.2 gas supply who has a boiler with a capacity of less than 70 kW and a gas contract with Curenergía.

The one-year duration of the service is automatically renewed for consecutive two-year periods unless the client communicates otherwise by at least fifteen (15) days advance notice before the end of each period.
You can request the repair of a breakdown 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling 900 100 309. Within 24 hours, a technician will be at your home to repair your breakdown.
We remind you that this service does not include the maintenance check, but if you want a service that does include it, you can sign up for it. The Thermal Installations in Buildings Regulations (RITE) state that the user of an appliance is responsible for keeping the installation in suitable condition and for carrying out a check, every two years, for gas appliances up to 70 kW.
